Buddies Place Cat Rescue's goal it is to help raise awareness and educate the Community, so that ALL animals may live in a world without hunger, homelessness, fear, or pain.
BPCR rescues cats and kittens who are facing euthanasia, or those that are homeless, abandoned, neglected, unwanted, or injured. All cats and kittens that enter the BPCR program are provided with immediate medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies, and given safe shelter until they can be placed in a forever home or sanctuary.
BPCR also participates in making the Community aware of the need for trap, spay/neuter, release programs (TNR) and education in order to help reduce and control the feral cat population in Parker and Tarrant Counties. All cats trapped are tested and spayed/neutered BEFORE being release back into their colony or an alternative placement is found for them.

Sanctuary Animal Rescue is dedicated to creating the perfect match between owner and pet. They have dogs, both small and large, puppies, cats and kittens. In addition, they aim to help control the overpopulation of cats and dogs and to decrease the number of unwanted animals in central Alabama. They are finding caring homes for loving animals. If you are looking for a specific pet, they keep a current wish list, so let them help you find your dream pet!!!

Two by Two is a no kill rescue that exists to give life to all abandoned, abused, stray and distressed animals without regard to age, breed, color, or medical condition, and to keep pets in their homes by offering relief to people in crisis.
Shelby County Humane Society's mission is to care for homeless, abused, neglected and abandoned animals and educate the community to instill an increased awareness and commitment to the responsibility of animal ownership and protection.
Their vision is to establish a strong collaboration between Shelby Humane and the community that fosters the successful adoption for all shelter animals, reduces the number of unwanted animals in our community, and promoting proper pet identification. Shelby Humane seeks to develop and maintain a positive public image and to serve as a resource that the public turns to for support and advice in the many facets of animal husbandry.
Kitty Kay Haven & Rescue's mission is to save abandoned, stray and injured cats and kittens. We provide the cats with complete vetting in a safe and loving environment. Our cats are available for adoption to loving homes.
